About Sue

The owner of The Vinyl Café Sue Buckler started her first job working in a record shop long before the movie High Fidelity came out. Just like the characters played by Jack Black and John Cusack, Sue loved that time working in the shop and made lifetime friends with lots of people who had that great love and passion for music, and also enjoyed the company of like minded people.

Going back to her roots

Sue went on to spent her entire career in the music industry working at major record labels. And in 2007 she started her own PR/Radio Plugging company called Plug and Play Promo which is still going strong today.

Sue will use all her experience and knowledge to launch and grow The Vinyl Café, while going back to her early record store roots. Sue is hoping to bring events, launches, album/book clubs and much more to the Northwich community. And on a daily basis provide a café selling great coffee and cakes to customers who come to enjoy the friendly atmosphere.

A little quote here. We don’t know where we'll be in a week or in a month.
We do what we want for as long as we want, always trying out new experiences.
